Valuation of Urban Transformation Projects,
Law No. 6306 on Transformation of Areas under Disaster Risk was enacted with the aim of transforming areas at risk of disaster and risky structures to create healthy, safe, and livable environments nationwide. According to the law, a "Risky Building" is defined as a structure located within or outside a risky area that has either reached the end of its economic life or has been determined to be at risk of collapse or severe damage based on scientific and technical data.
SPK (Capital Markets Board) Licensed Real Estate Valuation Companies are authorized to prepare real estate valuation reports under the relevant law.
