Under “the Legislation on the Amendment of the Legislation On Implementation of the Turkish Citizenship Law”, which was enacted on 18.09.2018 regarding “Legislation on Implementation of the Turkish Citizenship Law”, which was enacted on 11.02.2010”, foreigners are granted the right of Turkish citizenship provided that they buy a real estate of minimum 250,000 American dollar and they meet the required conditions. The determination whether the real estate to be purchased costs 250,000 American dollar or not is documented with the reports issued by the companies authorised by CMB (Capital Markets Board)  to provide real estate appraisal services.

Operating in this sector since 2004, Limit Real Estate Appraisal Services Inc. attained CMB (Capital Markets Board) real estate appraisal authority on 01.06.2011 and BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency) real estate appraisal authority on 29.06.2012.
