He was born in 1960 in Sakarya. He holds a bachelor’s degree at Leeds University, England Textile Engineering Faculty (1978-1981) and a master’s degree at Leeds University, England Machine Engineering Faculty in the field of Tribology (1981-1982).
After studying on a scholarship by Sümerbank and completing his bachelor and master studies in England, he worked at the Head Office of Sümerbank. Upon completing his compulsory military service as a reserve officer, he started working for Pirelli Group. He held office as a senior executive at various factories of the group operating in the steel cord, tyre and energy sectors in Turkey, Italy and Brazil.
In this period, he assumed several duties in the production, continuous improvement processes, technical coordination and factory management. Between the years 2002-2011, he was the majority shareholder and executive at Yen-Tek Makine Elektronik ve Çevre Mühendislik Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (Yen-Tek Machine Electronic and Environment Engineering Consultancy Industry and Trade Co. Ltd.). In this period, alongside being a consultant in the field of energy and continuous improvement processes, he also worked in the field of Machinery and Real Estate Appraisal by functioning mainly in machinery appraisal. Presently, he is currently pursuing his career as the Chairman of the Executive Board and Appraisal Expert-in-Charge.
He attained his Capital Markets Board Real Estate Appraisal Expertise License in 2010 and he is a member of TDUB (Turkish Appraisers Association). He resides in Istanbul. He has an excellent command of English and Italian. He is also an active member of several welfare organizations.

He was born in Ankara in 1949. He graduated from ODTU (Middle East Technical University, Ankara Department of Construction Engineering in 1972.
He has 47 years of professional experience in the sectors of construction & real estate development and appraisal. He spent 12 of these 47 years abroad. He assumed duties on international projects complying international standards in Turkey and abroad. He worked in various construction and real estate development projects of large-scale housings, dams, tunnels, highways and airports as a contractor, executive and project manager. Moreover, he has working experience in the consultancy, engineering, inspection, finance, credit and banking sectors.
Along his career path, he spent 9 years in the finance sector at Financial/Banking Risk Assessment focusing on financial credits, leasing, collateral appraisal management, secured credit allocation and appraisal expertise. Since the last 14 years he has been actively working solely in the real estate appraisal sector.
He is a fellow member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He attained his Capital Markets Board Real Estate Appraisal Expert License in 2005. He is a member of TDUB (Turkish Appraisers Association). He resides in Marmaris, Mugla. He has an excellent command of English. In his free time he enjoys outdoor sports and mountain climbing.

She was born in Izmir in 1981. She graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Architecture Department of City and Regional Planning in 2005.
She started to work for Limit Real Estate Appraisal Services Inc. in 2005. Since 2007, she has been a member of the executive board and has been working actively on the appraisal of all kinds of real estates.
She attained the Capital Markets Board Real Estate Appraisal Expert License in 2005. She is a member of TDUB (Turkish Appraisers Association). She resides in Izmir.
Business partner
He was born in Izmir in 1984. He graduated from Celal Bayar University Department of Construction Engineering in 2007. He received his master’s degree at Hacettepe University Information Systems. He served his compulsory military service as a reserve officer of the 12th Mechanised Infantry Battalion of Agri.
He has 2 years of experience in static project design and worksite management. Since 2008, he has been working actively on the appraisal of all kinds of real estates.
He attained his Capital Markets Board Real Estate Appraisal Expert License in 2014. He is a member of TDUB (Turkish Appraisers Association). He resides in Izmir. He has a good command of English.
