Our company started to provide real estate appraisal and consultancy services with licensed and experienced valuation experts of the Capital Markets Board in 2004 and from 2007 onwards, it continues to serve as Limit Real Estate Appraisal Services Co. Inc.

Limit Real Estate Appraisal Services Co. Inc. is taken to the list in 01.06.2011 to provide valuation service within the scope of Capital Markets Board in context of Serial: VII, No:35 “Communiqué on the companies that will provide real estate appraisal services within the framework of Capital Markets Legislation, and the fundamental rights regarding the acquisition of these companies.”

Furthermore, with the decision of Banking Regulation and Supervision Board dated 29.08. 2012 and numbered 13-1520, the company has been authorized to provide valuation services according to Article 11 of the regulation on the authorization and activities of the institutions that will provide bank valuation services. Our company owns ISO 900: 2015 Quality Management System Certificate and our reports are covered by professional liability insurance.

Our Chairman of the Board of Directors Hasan Yener graduated as a textile engineer from University of Leeds and later he received M. Sc. in mechanical engineering. He has worked as a senior manager at an international company for about 16 years in Turkey and abroad and has later switched to the valuation sector in 2002. In addition to his own company, he has provided services to several leading banks on machine valuation and in 2011, he has joined Limit Real Estate Appraisal Services Co. Inc.

Taner Uysal, a member of the Board of Directors of the company, who is a graduate of METU civil engineering department, established the Citibank expertise department and after years of managing it he joined the Limit family in 2011. He is privileged to hold the internationally recognized RICS and FRICS competency which is owned by a limited number of people in Turkey.

Our company prepares reports on the IVSC, RICS, EVSB standards within the needs of domestic and foreign customers and investor groups. Reports can be summarized, restricted, or detailed according to their purpose and content. All our work is prepared within the principle of confidentiality and are not shared with third parties without the consent of our customers. The principles of impartiality, independence and confidentiality are always kept in the foreground while we fulfill our services which require the cooperation of different professional disciplines within ethical rules.
